Laura Kerr is the director for Regions 2 3 and 6. There are over 120 charter public schools in 21 counties located in north eastern California, from the Oregon board to San Joaquin County. Each one is unique in their governance, culture, and educational program. Northern Californian charter schools offer parents and students a wide variety of choices and bring something to our community that was missing before.
